SECTION/RULE §217.18 - Provisions that Apply to All Sections in this Chapter

(a) Whenever this chapter requires a "design," such designed component of the wastewater treatment facility or collection system must also be installed, operated, and maintained to meet the design requirement.(b) All safety and emergency equipment required in this chapter must be operational for its intended use and maintained in a readily accessible location.(c) Copies of all written executive director approvals must be kept with all other records required to be maintained by the wastewater treatment facility.(d) Copies of all records required to be maintained by the wastewater treatment facility:(1) must be readily available for inspection by the executive director within 24 hours after either a written or verbal request; and(2) must be submitted to the executive director within 15 days of a written request.
