SECTION/RULE §217.127 - Pre-aeration Units

(a) Pre-aeration units may be used at a wastewater treatment facility to:(1) control odor;(2) reduce septicity;(3) separate grease; or(4) promote uniform distribution of solids to clarifiers.(b) The engineering report must include the basis for the design of a pre-aeration system.
