SECTION/RULE §222.159 - Operator Licensing

(a) The permittee shall ensure that the facility supplying treated domestic wastewater to the subsurface area drip dispersal system and the subsurface area drip dispersal system is operated by a chief operator holding a valid Class A, B, or C wastewater operator license as defined in Chapter 30 of this title (relating to Occupational Licenses and Registrations).(b) The permittee shall ensure that all wastewater operators have been trained to operate the specific treatment system and subsurface area drip dispersal system for which they have responsibility.(c) Records of operator training must be made available to executive director staff upon request.
