(a) Preparation of the certification. The certification required by this chapter must be prepared by a Texas licensed professional engineer or a Texas licensed professional geoscientist.(b) Certification Requirements. The certification must meet the requirements of §§230.4 - 230.11 (relating to Certification of Groundwater Availability for Platting, Administrative Information, Proposed Subdivision Information, Projected Water Demand Estimate, General Groundwater Resource Information, Obtaining Site-Specific Groundwater Data, Determination of Groundwater Quality, Determination of Groundwater Availability, and Groundwater Availability and Usability Statements and Certification) of this chapter.(c) Submission of information. The certification of adequacy of groundwater under the subdivision required by this chapter must be submitted to the following:(1) the municipal or county authority,(2) the executive administrator of the Texas Water Development Board, and(3) the applicable groundwater conservation district or districts.(d) Form required. The certification required by this chapter must be submitted on the Certification of Groundwater Availability for Platting Form (TCEQ-20982).
