(a) Audits on file with a district and all other records and information as set forth in the Texas Water Code, §49.194, shall be maintained in the district office and shall be available to the public during normal business hours as provided in Texas Government Code, Chapter 552.(b) All records and information required by law to be filed with the agency shall be available for public inspection during the office hours of the agency.
