SECTION/RULE §293.148 - Termination of Standby Fees

(a) Commission approved standby fees other than those for drainage only shall cease and no longer be valid or enforceable with respect to a particular lot or parcel at the end of the current billing period, during which either a connection is made to the district's water distribution system or wastewater collection system and service is billed, or construction of the vertical improvements on such lot or parcel is completed.(b) Commission approved standby fees for drainage only shall cease and no longer be valid or enforceable with respect to a particular lot or parcel at the end of the current billing period, during which construction of the vertical improvements on such lot or parcel is completed.
