The following words or phrases have the following meanings in this subchapter unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:(1) Marine seawater--Water that is derived from the Gulf of Mexico for desalination.(2) Seawater--Water that is derived from a bay or arm of the Gulf of Mexico for desalination and use solely for industrial purposes.
