(a) Within six months after final completion of construction, the owner shall submit to the executive director a complete set of record drawings of the project for filing with the permanent records. These record drawings must show all revisions made during construction, including the permanent reference mark(s); be sealed, signed, and dated by the professional engineer; and be identified as final record drawings.(b) If no changes were made during construction, the owner may submit in writing a statement, which is signed, sealed, and dated by the professional engineer, that no changes were made during construction.
