The executive director is responsible for:(1) reviewing applications;(2) developing, administering, and grading examinations;(3) issuing and renewing licenses and registrations;(4) maintaining records related to licenses and registrations;(5) maintaining a roster of current licenses and registrations;(6) collecting fees;(7) approving training providers;(8) awarding training credit for approved training; and(9) responding to complaints against licensees, registrants, and training providers.
