(a) An individual whose license has been suspended or revoked or who has been denied a license or the opportunity to take an examination under §30.20(m) and §30.33(a)(2)(H) or (d) of this title (relating to Examinations; or License or Registration Denial, Warning, Suspension, or Revocation) and who has exhausted the individual's administrative appeals may file an action in the district court in Travis County, Texas for review of the evidence presented to the commission and the decision of the commission.(b) The petition for an action under subsection (a) of this section must be filed not later than the 30th day after the date the commission's decision is final and appealable.
