SECTION/RULE §30.192 - Qualifications for Registration Renewal

To renew a registration, a person must:(1) meet the requirements in Subchapter A of this chapter (relating to Administration of Occupational Licenses and Registrations);(2) complete an application for registration renewal for a corrective action specialist approved by the executive director, certifying that the company has continued to meet the financial requirements of §30.190 of this title (relating to Qualifications for Initial Registration); and(3) pay a registration renewal fee of $232.
