SECTION/RULE §30.500 - Purpose and Applicability

(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to establish standards approved by the executive director to train and certify visible emissions evaluators.(b) Persons who train and certify visible emissions evaluators must meet the qualifications of this subchapter and be approved by the executive director.
