SECTION/RULE §305.653 - Applying for a Standard Permit

(a) An owner or operator can apply for a standard permit by following the procedures in §39.503 of this title (relating to Application for Industrial or Hazardous Waste Facility Permit) and this subchapter.(b) The provisions of §39.503(f) of this title do not apply to a standard permit application unless a contested case hearing is requested by the executive director, applicant or Public Interest Counsel.
