SECTION/RULE §311.73 - Prohibitions

(a) The construction or operation of any new quarry, or the expansion of any existing quarry, within 200 feet of any water body located within a water quality protection area is prohibited.(b) Unless authorized under this subchapter, the construction or operation of any new quarry, or the expansion of an existing quarry, located between 200 feet and 1,500 feet of any water body located within a water quality protection area is prohibited.
