(a) This subsection contains the procedure used to determine the annual whole application rate (AWAR) for water treatment residuals that does not cause the annual cadmium loading rates (ACLR) in §312.125(a)(1) of this title (relating to Management Practices) to be exceeded.(b) Determine the AWAR using Equation F.1 of this subsection.
