SECTION/RULE §318.4 - Application Fees and Water Quality Fees

(a) An applicant shall include with each application a fee. The application fee is due at the time that the application is filed with the commission. Unless the recommendation of the executive director is that the application be denied, the commission will not consider an application for final decision until such time as the application fee is paid.(b) The permit application fees are as follows:(1) new - $1,250;(2) major amendment (with or without renewal) of an existing permit - $1,250;(3) renewal of an existing permit - $1,215;(4) minor amendment and minor modification of an existing permit - $150.(c) An annual water quality fee will be assessed against permittees authorized under this chapter in accordance with Chapter 21 of this title (relating to Water Quality Fees).
