SECTION/RULE §318.5 - Permit Conditions

(a) A permit issued under this chapter is subject to the requirements of:(1) §305.122 of this title (relating to Characteristics of Permits);(2) §305.123 of this title (relating to Reservation in Granting Permit);(3) §305.124 of this title (relating to Acceptance of Permit, Effect);(4) §305.125 of this title (relating to Standard Permit Conditions);(5) §305.127 of this title (relating to Conditions to be Determined for Individual Permits); and(6) Chapter 307 of this title (relating to Texas Surface Water Quality Standards).(b) All reports required by permits issued under this chapter and other information requested by the executive director shall be signed in accordance with §305.128 of this title (relating to Signatories to Reports).
