SECTION/RULE §318.8 - Other Permit Actions

(a) Permit transfer. A permit issued under this chapter is issued to a specific person and may be transferred only upon approval of the commission in accordance with §305.64 of this title (relating to Transfer of Permits).(b) Permit denial, suspension, and revocation. A permit issued under this chapter does not become a vested right and may be denied, suspended, or revoked in accordance with §305.66 of this title (relating to Permit Denial, Suspension, and Revocation).(c) Permit cancellation. If a permittee no longer desires to continue the activity authorized under a permit issued under this chapter, or is agreeable to a suspension of authorization for a specified period of time, the permittee should file with the executive director a written request, or a written consent and waiver in accordance with §305.67 of this title (relating to Revocation and Suspension upon Request or Consent). In the absence of a request filed by the permittee or of sufficient consent and waiver, the commission may revoke or suspend a permit in accordance with §305.66 of this title.(d) Correction to permits. Nonsubstantive changes to a permit issued under this chapter may be made in accordance with §50.145 of this title (relating to Corrections to Permits).
