SECTION/RULE §321.9 - Evidence of Certifications

(a) Evidence of the certification, which must clearly indicate the date of expiration, shall be displayed on a boat as follows:(1) On a boat registered by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department under the Water Safety Act, the certification decal must be clearly visible and be placed within three inches of the registration validation decal; or(2) On boats unregistered by the Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, the certification decal must be clearly visible on the exterior of the boat.(b) A boat pump-out station must have the certification decal prominently displayed, which must clearly indicate the date of expiration.
