(a) If an owner of a reclaimed water production facility fails to comply with the terms of its authorization, this subchapter, or other regulations and statutes within the jurisdiction of the commission, the executive director may take enforcement action as provided by the Texas Water Code and in accordance with Chapter 70 of this title (relating to Enforcement).(b) The executive director may revoke any reclaimed water production facility authorization due to noncompliance with the authorization, this subchapter, the requirements of Chapter 210 of this title (relating to Use of Reclaimed Water), or other regulations and statutes within the jurisdiction of the commission, but only after notice and the opportunity for hearing.
