SECTION/RULE §328.147 - Liability

(a) A manufacturer or retailer of computer equipment is not liable in any way for information in any form that a consumer leaves on computer equipment that is collected, recycled, or reused under this subchapter.(b) This subchapter does not exempt a person from liability under other law.
