SECTION/RULE §328.161 - Purpose

(a) The purpose of this subchapter is to help establish a comprehensive, convenient, and environmentally sound program for the collection and recycling of television equipment.(b) The program is based on individual television manufacturer responsibility and shared responsibility among consumers, retailers, and the government of this state.
