SECTION/RULE §328.183 - Liability

(a) A television manufacturer, retailer, or person who recycles covered television equipment is not liable in any way for information in any form that a consumer leaves on covered television equipment that is collected or recycled under this subchapter.(b) This subchapter does not exempt a person from liability under other law.
