(a) A consumer is responsible for any information in any form left on the consumer's covered television equipment that is collected or recycled.(b) A consumer is encouraged to learn about recommended methods for recycling covered television equipment that has reached the end of its useful life by visiting the commission's and television manufacturers' Internet Web sites or calling their toll-free telephone numbers.
