SECTION/RULE §328.304 - Recycled Products

(a) A product is eligible to be considered a recycled product when it conforms with the minimum content of recycled material as specified in the Comprehensive Procurement Guidelines (CPG) and the Recovered Materials Advisory Notice (RMAN) published by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as described in §328.7(4) of this title (relating to Definitions of Terms and Abbreviations).(b) Manufacturers may use a third-party certification system for mass balance attribution as identified under §328.303 of this title (relating to Third-party Certification Systems for Mass Balance Attribution) to identify the portion of the total content of a product which consists of recycled material and recycled plastics.
