SECTION/RULE §33.21 - Amendment of a Consolidated Permit

(a) A consolidated permit, or a permit issued before and effective on September 1, 1997, that authorizes more than one permit program, may be amended as a consolidated permit or, upon request of an applicant, separated by program and the permits processed separately. A component authorization that is separated from a consolidated permit for amendment shall retain the same term as the consolidated permit, unless the applicant requests a change in the term as part of a major amendment.(b) A consolidated permit shall be amended under all applicable commission rules concerning amendments for the programs in the consolidated permit.
