SECTION/RULE §33.29 - Modification of a Consolidated Permit

(a) A consolidated permit, or any component authorization of that permit, shall be modified under all applicable rules required for the programs in the consolidated permit. A component authorization that is separated from a consolidated permit for modification shall retain the same term as the consolidated permit.(b) A permit issued before and effective on September 1, 1997, that authorizes more than one permit program, shall be modified under rules applicable to that existing permit.
