SECTION/RULE §330.215 - Requirements for Stationary Compactors

Operational standards for permitted stationary compactors are as follows.(1) Stationary compactors shall be operated and maintained in such a way as not to create a public nuisance through material loss or spillage, odor, vector breeding or harborage, or other condition.(2) The certificate within the application and the provisions of the permit must be adhered to at all times.
