SECTION/RULE §331.135 - Construction Standards for Large Capacity Septic Systems

(a) Large capacity septic systems shall be constructed in accordance with the terms of the wastewater discharge permit obtained under Chapter 305 of this title (relating to Consolidated Permits).(b) During construction, movement of fluids which might contaminate an underground source of drinking water, violate primary drinking water standards, or violate other health-based standards is prohibited.
