(a) The requirements of the Voluntary Cleanup Program are found in this subchapter and in the Texas Solid Waste Disposal Act, Subchapter S, Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 361.(b) The applicant shall submit two copies of all documents, one of which the Voluntary Cleanup Program will file in the agency central records.
