SECTION/RULE §37.301 - Trust Agreement

(a) A trust agreement for closure, post closure, or corrective action, as specified in §37.201 of this title (relating to Trust Fund), must be worded as specified in the Trust Agreement in this subsection, except that the instructions in parenthesis are to be replaced with the relevant information and the parenthesis deleted. Attached Graphic(b) The Certification of Acknowledgment in this subsection is the certification of acknowledgment which must accompany the trust agreement for a trust fund as specified in §37.201 of this title.
