(a) A trust agreement for reclamation or restoration, as specified in §37.9185 of this title (relating to Trust Fund Requirements), must be worded as specified in the Trust Agreement in this subsection, except that the instructions in parenthesis are to be replaced with the relevant information and the parenthesis deleted. Attached Graphic(b) The Certification of Acknowledgment in this subsection is the certification of acknowledgment that must accompany the trust agreement for a trust fund as specified in §37.9185 of this title.
