(a) When mailed notice is required under §305.70 of this title (relating to Municipal Solid Waste Permit and Registration Modifications), the mailed notice shall be mailed by the permit or registration holder and the text of the notice shall comply with §39.411(b)(1) - (3), (6), (7), (9), and (11) of this title (relating to Text of Public Notice), and shall provide the location and phone number of the appropriate regional office of the commission to be contacted for information on the location where a copy of the application is available for review and copying.(b) When mailed notice is required by §305.70 of this title, notice shall be mailed by the permit or registration holder to the persons listed in §39.413 of this title (relating to Mailed Notice).
