(a) The results of the settlement conference are not binding unless the parties agree otherwise.(b) If the parties reach a settlement and choose to execute a written agreement disposing of the dispute, the agreement is enforceable in the same manner as any other written contract.(c) If no settlement is reached, the lien claimant may proceed to file a notice of claim of lien in accordance with Texas Agriculture Code, Chapters 128 and 188.
