(a) Applications must be submitted in the manner specified in the request for grant applications and in accordance with this subchapter.(b) Eligible applicants shall submit a project request in the format prescribed by the department in the request for grant applications issued for the ZAPD Grant Program. Project requests must describe the project activities to be carried out, propose budget expenditures, reflect an estimated timeline for completion of activities, and include any other information required by the department.(c) Maximum grant amounts for project awards shall be published in the request for grant applications.
