SUBCHAPTER C - COMPLIANCE AND ENFORCEMENT
SECTION/RULE §11.43 - Complaint Investigation

(a) Any person with reasonable cause to believe that a producer has violated the Produce Safety Rule or this chapter may file a complaint with TOPS.(b) TOPS may, in its sole discretion, investigate the complaint and make a full written report.
