(a) Commodities packaged in advance of wholesale or retail sale shall be in compliance with this subchapter and are subject to inspection by the department.(b) Items, whether or not in package form, advertised by a price sign, card, tag, poster, or other advertisement shall be in compliance with this subchapter and are subject to inspection by the department.
