Any person requiring a license may obtain an application from the department. An initial application must be accompanied by the appropriate fees as required by §15.4 of this chapter (relating to Fees). A license may be renewed when accompanied by a renewal application and the fees required by §15.4 of this chapter (relating to Fees), provided fees required by §15.5 of this chapter (relating to Special Fees) have been reported and paid. A person failing to renew a license after it has expired will be charged late fees in accordance with the Code, §12.024.
