SECTION/RULE §19.5 - Phytosanitary Growing Season Inspection

(a) The department may perform a growing season inspection and issue a phytosanitary growing season inspection certificate, upon request.(b) An application for a growing season inspection accompanied by a field location map shall be submitted to the department no later than 40 days after planting. The application can be obtained from the Plant Quality Program, Texas Department of Agriculture, P.O. Box 12847, Austin, Texas 78711. Failure to submit the application prior to the deadline may result in denial of the application.
