(a) The quarantined pest is a quarantined article. (b) The fruit or berries of all of the following plants originating from the quarantined area are quarantined:Attached Graphic(c) Plants listed in subsection (b) of this section, when originating from the quarantined areas, are considered quarantined articles when transported in soil or growing media.
