SECTION/RULE §19.401 - Quarantined Areas

(a) Quarantined areas are described on the Department's website at www.TexasAgriculture.gov. A map of the quarantined area is also available on the Department's website.(b) The department may designate additional or expanded quarantined areas, or a reduction of the quarantined area based upon the confirmation of the presence or absence of citrus canker. The designations will be effective upon the posting of the notification of the quarantined areas on the department's website. Notification consists of a map and a description of the quarantined areas.
