The following articles are quarantined:(1) The quarantined pest in any of its life stages;(2) All plant and plant parts of the family Malvaceae including, nursery stock and other living, or dead, cut or fallen fruit, fruiting structures, or seeds;(3) All equipment used for production and transportation of cotton; and(4) Quarantined articles in transit through an area infested with cotton seed bug.
