(a) In addition to violations that may arise under the Code or this chapter, violations listed under §19.7 of this title (relating to Violations and Penalties) are applicable to citrus quarantines.(b) Any violation of this chapter may result in civil and/or criminal penalties. In addition, the Department may revoke a certificate, and/or assess administrative penalties as prescribed in §12.020 of the Texas Agriculture Code, against any person for a violation of these rules.
