In addition to the definitions set out in the Texas Agriculture Code, Chapters 94 and 95, the following words and terms shall have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise.(1) Anhydrous citric acid--Anhydrous citric acid in grapefruit or orange juice is equal to the total acidity of the juice, which is determined by titration using standard alkali and phenolphthalein as the indicator.(2) Handled--To prepare, receive, or deliver for sale or transportation, transport, sell or offer for sell.(3) Soluble solids--The percentage of soluble solids in grapefruit or orange juice shall be determined by using a Brix hydrometer. The reading of the hydrometer corrected for temperature is the percent of soluble solids.
