(a) The following records of certified budwood purchases must be maintained by a certified citrus nursery for a minimum of four years:(1) Name and nursery floral certificate number of budwood producer/seller;(2) Date of each purchase; and(3) Variety name and number of buds purchased, per source tree, including identification number of each source tree.(b) The following records of certified citrus nursery stock sales or distribution must be maintained by a certified citrus nursery for a minimum of four years:(1) Date of sale or distribution;(2) Name, address, and (if applicable) nursery floral registration certificate number of receiver; and(3) Number of trees sold or distributed, per variety name and budwood source tree identification number.
