SECTION/RULE §21.68 - Stop-Sale Orders

(a) In addition to the stop-sale order requirements set forth in the Texas Agriculture Code, Chapter 19, a stop-sale order may be issued by the department for:(1) any breach or compromise of the structure that would allow the entry of insects; or(2) any other circumstance that compromises the insect exclusionary integrity of the facility.(b) The department may lift a stop-sale order when the department has determined that the violation has been corrected and/or the risk has been mitigated.
