SECTION/RULE §24.12 - Administrative Appeal from Denial of License Application

(a) A license applicant may appeal the denial of a license application.(b) If the Department sustains an applicant's appeal of a licensing denial, the applicant will be issued a license.(c) If the Department denies an appeal, the applicant's license application will be denied. The applicant may request a formal adjudicatory proceeding within 30 days in writing to review the decision. Such proceeding shall be conducted pursuant to Chapter 12 of the Code.
