(a) Persons who believe they are adversely affected by the assessment of an administrative action may appeal such decision to the Department.(b) If the Department sustains the appeal of an administrative action, the person will retain their license and not be subject to the administrative action proposed by the Department in all or part.(c) If the Department denies the appeal of an administrative action, the license will be revoked or suspended and any administrative action will be imposed. The person may request a formal adjudicatory proceeding in accordance with Chapter 12 of the Code.
