Contractors must reimburse facilities according to 7 CFR §§226.2, 226.4, 226.6, 226.7, 226.9 - 226.19a, and 226.23; 7 CFR Part 3015; and §17(a)(2)(B) of the National School Lunch Act (42 U.S.C. §1766), as amended.
