SECTION/RULE §25.137 - Reimbursement for Title III Meals

(a) Adult day care centers must ensure that the meals for which they claim reimbursement are not supported by Title III of the Older Americans Act.(b) If a contractor uses a food service management company the contractor must ensure that neither Title III funds nor commodities are used in the meals prepared for use in CACFP.
